What is the EFL Log-in?

The Escape From Lima Login is our unique system that allows you to access your booking and make changes to your itinerary after making your booking.

How do I access the EFL Log-in?

Once you book a ticket, you will get your unique reservation code on your booking confirmation that gives you access to our booking system. You can find access to our Escape From Lima Login in the top right corner of the website. It is the button called Login.

To enter the Login system, just enter your unique reservation code and last name. IMPORTANT: 
• Changes you make to a GROUP BOOKING will reflect on EVERYONE’S booking.
• All changes to your itinerary have to be made MINIMUM 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEXT DEPARTURE DATE!

How do I use my EFL Log-in?

With your Escape From Lima Login, you can update your pick-up locations.

Once you’ve logged in, you will be presented with your reservation details and the option to download your booking confirmation.

At the top of the page you will find 4 green tabs:

• My reservation:
The first page when you open your Login.

• Check itinerary:
There you will be able to see your bus departures.

• My Pick-up location:
You can choose where you will be picked up from and dropped off at.

NOTE: If your hotel is not on the list, it is because our bus does not have access to the hotel due to narrow streets.
We then kindly ask you to make your way to one of the hotels or located listed below:

LIMA: McDonald’s at Kennedy Park, Miraflores; Starbucks at the Plaza in Barranco.

How far in advance do I need to change my itinerary?

With your Hop Login you can update pick-up points. BUT All changes to your itinerary have to be made a MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEXT DEPARTURE DATE!
