About Your Booking

Where can I book a ticket?

You can book your ticket:

-Via our office in Lima
-Via selected hotels/hostels and agencies in Peru.

How do I book a ticket online?

Browse our different day trip options until you find the trip that suits you best. Once you’ve chosen the day trip, press “ESCAPE NOW” or “BOOK NOW” button which will redirect you to our booking platform. Our booking platform has 6 steps and is really easy!

Step 1: Choose your pass
Make sure you’ve chosen the right day trip, select your departure date and the number of seats you want on the bus

Step 2: Pick up location
Here you need to pick you pick-up location. If you don’t know your pick-up location, just select the “DECIDE LATER” option at the time of booking and make sure to update it up to 12 hours prior to departure so we know where to pick you up to start your trip!

Step 3: Fill in you passenger information
Fill in the personal information and information of those you’re booking for.

Step 4: Add-ons
Here you will see the possibility to add-on a ticket for the official Airport Express Lima bus which is a shuttle bus service between Lima airport and Miraflores for only 8 USD one way. If adding it, you will need to show your Peru Hop booking confirmation with you add-on at the counter in the airport on the airport bus itself when travelling.

Step 5: Summary
We will give you a summary of your ticket so you can check all your information before making the payment. If you have a discount code, this is where you will be able to fill it in.

Step 6: Payment
Finish your booking. Fill in your card details and confirm your booking (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Expess and Maestro). Once you have received the message YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED – You can officially prepare to ESCAPE FROM LIMA!

If something is not working or your payment doesn’t go through, you can always contact us or book your ticket in our office in Lima.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email. In this email you will receive a reservation code which you can use to make changes to your booking such as your pick-up location. Read more below on the log-in system.

If I book online how do I receive my ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours confirming your purchase. Once you hop on our bus, you will receive your Escape From Lima wristband by your guide which acts as your ticket!

What if I haven’t received my booking confirmation?

Make sure to check your spam/junk mail as maybe it has been sent there but if not, just email us! You can find our contact details on our contact page and we will fix this for you ASAP.

Please remember that Peru is -5GMT so 56 hours behind the UK and 6/7 hours behind continental Western Europe (daytime saving adds an hour) and 15 hours behind Australia/NZ. This means we might not reply to you instantly. Although that being said, we do have a reputation to replying quickly!

I booked for 2+ people but I have only received one booking confirmation.

Each booking confirmation will be sent to the email address given upon booking. If you put a different email than yours for your travel partner, his or her booking confirmation has been sent to that email, don’t worry!
